Every year, around 700 Dutch IT decisionmakers attend the Gartner IT Symposium|Xpo in Barcelona On the second Monday and Tuesday of November, we at Dutch IT Media have been integrated into the Gartner program for many years. We offer unique networking opportunities that are not available in the Benelux.

The Dutch IT Events @ the Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo™ 10 - 13 November 2025:

The Vendor meeting on Sunday evening 50 pax. Just before the symposium, we organize a meeting for our partners, at which our editors, the moderator of the Dutch CIO and Government session and a few other interesting guests, will also be present.
Date: Sunday, November 9 in the evening

The Dutch CxO Networking Drinks 250 pax. During the symposium, we are organizing an exclusive networking event in collaboration with Gartner for Dutch-speaking C-level executives and IT management from large enterprises, as well as select central government officials.
The event will take place on Monday, November 10, from 5 PM to 7 PM.

Participation in BeNeLux Government Lunch 170 pax. This is a well known lunch for government IT decision makers and delegates invited by Gartner.
Date: Tuesday, November 11, from 12 PM to 2 PM.

2x VIP card for the Holland Beach House 500 pax. The Gartner Holland Beach House is a must attend and well-established event for everyone working in the Dutch IT business.
Date: Tuesday, November 11 in the evening.

2x VIP card for The BeLux Country reception 300 pax. The Gartner BeLux Country Reception gathers everyone from Belgium and the European Union out of Brussels. Date: Tuesday, November 11 in the evening.

A Video Update. During the event, we will create a video update with your spokespeople, which we will publish on our platforms.

Participation in one of the Gartner studio talk shows. After the event, we will record a talkshow with a look back at Gartner Symposium. After editing, we will publish it on our platforms. You'll receive the script and storyboard in advance. We take care of the moderation and make-up.

An extensive online article, strategic interview or business case, published on the Dutch IT Leaders website as well as in the Gartner Print special. We will provide the journalist and, if necessary, the photographer.

For 5 days per article or video, you will be in the spotlight section on the homepage!

Your name and logo on all communications and publications before and during the events in Barcelona. The Holland Beach House and BeLux House will receive special attention.

The total cost of this unique package is a one-time fee of € 9.900,- ex. VAT.
